INDIAN RESULTS

CIDCO Ulwe Navi Mumbai of City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has been released its CIDCO Flats/ Housing Project Forms at Thane Janata Sahakari Bank (TJSB). These CIDCO Ulwe Navi Mumbai sale of the Application Forms for its CIDCO Flats/ Housing Projects were made available on all railway stations of Navi Mumbai except Seawood and Turbhe and will also be avaialble and sold at all branches of the Thane Janata Sahakari Bank (TJSB). The Forms of CIDCO Ulwe Project will be available from 7th of July 2011 to 4th August 2011

Number of CIDCO Flat lauches by CIDCO india :

UL-1 : Number of CIDOINDIA Flats : 800

UL-2 : Number of CIDOINDIA Flats : 538

UL-2A : Number of CIDOINDIA Flats: 6

Under this CIDCO Ulwe project 1,344 Units to be build and these will be mainly MIG Group Residential Units UL I (210 Sq Ft) which will cost around 6-7 Lakh Rupees in INR. 8 Units of UL II-A (250.90 Sq Ft) will be also available in this CID CO Project and will be available for 8.83 Lakh Rupees INR. There is also 538 Units of UL II (320 Sq Ft) which will cost 10-11 Lakhs INT. The entire township is expected to take at least another 18 months to be ready.
