VBS Purvanchal University 2011, Jaunpur India. Veer Bahadur Purvanchal University or just Purvanchal University is located in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. It is one of the educational hubs of eastern Uttar Pradesh,established in 1987. The university also plans to start courses in Medical Sciences and Library & Information Sciences in near future, which would certainly prove to be a mile-stone in the multidirectional academic expansion of the university.
